Job summary

Olleco is seeking a Weighbridge Administrator for our Westcott AD Plant. This site-based role involves managing weighbridge processes, coordinating with operations, and providing general site administration.

You will ensure PPE and inductions are in place and support office duties to keep daily operations running smoothly. The role offers a basic salary with Company benefits and a focus on teamwork and continuous learning within a climate-focused company.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
• Experience or understanding of weighbridge administration is preferred.
• Experience using computer/phone systems for data entry and communication.
• Ability to follow defined processes and maintain accurate records.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• GCSEs in English and Maths (C/4 or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Schedule weighbridge arrivals, take measurements and complete paperwork.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure efficiency and information flow.
• Support local operations tasks including ordering items and PO administration.
• Maintain smooth running of the site office and handle general administration tasks.
• Ensure staff and contractors have PPE and site inductions.

Job description

We are recruiting for an Weighbridge Administrator to join a friendly, focused and supportive team. As a Weighbridge Administrator at our Westcott AD Plant you'll help Olleco deliver administrative and weighbridge duties supporting our anaerobic digestion plant.

Olleco operates in the recycling and renewable energy sector, meaning the successful candidate will become part of a company making a difference in the fight to impact climate change.

Job Description

This is a site-based role, with responsibilities for the weighbridge and collaborating with other staff at the plant.

• Ensure all staff and contractors have appropriate PPE and induction before entering site.
• Responsible for scheduling weighbridge arrivals, appropriate measurements and paperwork. Working closely with the operations team to ensure efficiency and information
• Support the local operations team including ordering items and associated PO administration
• Responsible for supporting the smooth running of the site office, including general administration, office bookings, visitor care etc

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a weighbridge administration role is ideally but that isn't essential, strong administrative skills.
• Previous experience of working on computer and phone systems
• The ability to follow and understand a set process
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a busy environment
• GCSEs in English and Maths at grade C /4 or equivalent
