Job summary

Olleco is recruiting a Maintenance Technician for its Liverpool site to keep the plant running reliably and safely. You will perform reactive and planned maintenance, diagnose failures, and drive improvements to asset availability and process efficiency.

The role requires reading electrical and mechanical drawings, executing LEAN improvement actions, and ensuring spare parts and audit readiness. Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week with a competitive package and benefits.

Qualifications

• Demonstratable experience of Engineering/Maintenance/Reliability in chemical, renewable energy, FMCH or oil & gas industry.
• Electrical or Mechanical HNC, NBVQ or similar qualification.
• Proven electrical & instrumentation/mechanical experience with ability to support on mechanical tasks.
• Experience in continuous/process improvement and LEAN manufacturing.
• Ability to read/interpret electrical and mechanical drawings, and P&IDs essential.

Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Technician at our Biodiesel, AD and Used Cooking Oil Processing site in Liverpool, you will be a fundamental part of our team, enabling us to continue with our mission to serve the planet, a purpose we care strongly about and are committed to.
