Job summary

Bupa is seeking a Lifestyle and Wellbeing Coordinator for weekends at The Priory Care Home. The role is part-time (11 hours) with Saturday and Sunday shifts from 10am to 4pm, offering £12.75–£13.75 per hour depending on experience.

You will plan activities, manage budgets, and support residents in a warm, community-focused environment. The position emphasizes caring for residents, arranging events, and coordinating with local community partners, with opportunities to engage families and carers

Qualifications

• Creative thinker with budget management experience.
• Able to maintain paperwork and handle priorities.
• Interested in caring for others and engaging the local community.

Responsibilities

• Run morning and afternoon activity sessions tailored to residents.
• Produce and update an activity planner within the home budget.
• Support residents and encourage participation in activities.
• Organise birthday surprises and coordinate events with external performers.
• Assist with meals when necessary and manage paperwork, notes, emails.
• Support the home’s social media channels as required.
