Qualifications

• Leadership experience in logistics, retail or e‑commerce.
• Proven ability to manage staff and workflows.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems such as JDA.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff and workflow in a designated area.
• Ensure safe working practices are followed.
• Support team development through coaching and feedback.
• Assist with performance management and absences per policy.
• Drive continuous improvement and support ad hoc projects.
• Be accountable for KPIs like productivity and service levels.
