Bleckmann Solutions UK Ltd is recruiting for a permanent, full-time shift-based warehouse role covering 16:00–00:00 in Crick. You will oversee a designated area, manage processes, people and stock accuracy, and plan labour for the shift while ensuring a safe, efficient environment. Strong leadership and WMS experience are essential.

The role offers a competitive salary up to £33,000 with a shift allowance, plus benefits and opportunities to grow within a rapidly expanding logistics company.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience managing warehouse staff.
• Ability to supervise shifts and maintain stock accuracy.
• Experience with WMS systems (JDA) and strong Excel skills.
• Background in stock control, inventory, production, or quality control.
