Job summary

Brightwork Limited is recruiting an experienced Weekend Warehouse Supervisor to oversee UK-wide weekend operations. You will lead a fast-moving warehouse team across 27 hours over Fri-Sun, ensuring first-class service for a blue-chip client base.

The role demands strong leadership, safety culture and continuous improvement in processes. You will manage materials availability, co-ordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and drive performance against quality, delivery and cost targets

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing weekend warehouse operations.
• Proven ability to lead lean/continuous improvement in warehousing.
• Strong written and verbal communication and client engagement skills.
• Experience in health and safety practices in warehouse environments.
