Job summary

You will coach staff, support development, and drive continuous improvement, with accountability for KPIs such as productivity, accuracy, and service levels.

This permanent, full-time role runs 16:00–00:00, with peak-period flexibility; salary £28,000–£33,000 plus a shift allowance.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing teams in logistics, retail or e-commerce.
• Proven ability to coach staff and drive performance.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems such as JDA.
• Strong focus on accuracy and quality of work.
• Willingness to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff and workflow in a designated area.
• Ensure safe working practices are followed.
• Support team development through coaching and feedback.
• Assist with performance management and absence handling per policy.
• Drive continuous improvement and support ad hoc projects.
