Job summary

IFGlobal in the United Kingdom is seeking a Weekend Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the Saturday and Sunday shift within our growing operations. You will lead from the floor, coordinate workloads, and ensure safe, efficient fulfilment standards.

You'll coach team members, oversee inductions, maintain strong communication, and drive high performance across health & safety, quality and housekeeping. This role is on-site with parking provided.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or operational experience.
• Interest in developing leadership skills within a growing business.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to prioritise and adapt to changing demands.

Responsibilities

• Lead the weekend warehouse team on a day-to-day basis.
• Organise workloads and staffing to keep operations running smoothly.
• Coach and develop team members, including inductions.
• Hold regular team catch-ups and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain high standards for safety, quality, PPE and housekeeping.
• Escalate operational issues as they arise.
