GXO is seeking a Warehouse Administrator for a part-time weekend shift (Saturday and Sunday, 06:00–14:00) at Langlands Park, East Kilbride. You will support warehouse operations with administrative tasks and use warehouse systems to keep the operation running smoothly.

This role suits those seeking extra income or flexible hours around other commitments, with weekend-only hours and an hourly rate of £15.92 plus £2.68 for hours between 18:00 and 06:00.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative function within logistics is essential.
• Ability to analyse and interpret data with the ability to produce work accurately to meet deadlines.
• Excellent IT skills, with knowledge of Microsoft packages.
• Good organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Be able to prioritise own workload and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that site processes and procedures are followed and operational anomalies are recorded.
• Maintain both paper-based and computerised filing systems accurately.
• Provide high-quality service by producing accurate documentation and records in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, using initiative where required.
• Show commitment to continuous development, improving efficiency and productivity, while presenting a professional image.
