Job summary
BM Caterers is seeking a Vending Services Assistant to join our weekend team at Seymour Link Road, Chesterfield. The role is on Saturdays and Sundays, 12 hours per week, providing support across vending points and cash handling.
You will hold Food Safety Level 2 and Health & Safety Level 2 certificates, plus experience in customer service, merchandising and till operations. Training is provided and benefits include dedicated development courses and other perks.
Qualifications
- Food Safety Level 2 certificate is required.
- Health & Safety Level 2 certificate is required.
- Experience in customer service is preferred.
- Merchandising and till experience are beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with departments and managers to achieve desired results.
- Comply with due diligence procedures per company policy.
- Ensure goods are stored correctly per food safety manual.
- Maintain accurate records of storage and due diligence checks.
- Ensure all food is labelled and within date.
- Monitor vending points and machines for consistent stock.
- Handle cash accurately and perform stock checks.
