Job summary

BM Caterers is seeking a Customer Service Assistant / General Assistant in Barnsley to monitor counters, maintain cleanliness, and ensure excellent customer service. You’ll handle till duties, merchandising, and respond to customer needs with attentiveness and professionalism.

Applicants should hold Food Safety Level 2 and Health & Safety Level 2 certificates and have prior customer service experience in a catering or retail setting.

Qualifications

• Food Safety Level 2 certificate is required.
• Health & Safety Level 2 certificate is required.
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred.

• Monitor counters and chillers; keep areas clean and well presented.
• Provide prompt and efficient service and listen to manager instructions.
