MacIntyre is seeking a Weekend Support Worker in Buckinghamshire to help three brilliant young men live independently and stay active on weekends. You’ll support with everyday tasks, social activities, and learning new skills, while learning their world and communicating through prompts and visuals.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required.
• Full training and ongoing support provided.
• Ability to support non-verbal individuals using visual tools and prompts.

Responsibilities

• Go to the bathroom and help with getting ready.
• Medication administration.
• Managing finances.
• Keeping up relationships with family and friends.
• Getting out and about for hobbies and activities.
• Building independence and life skills.
