MacIntyre is hiring a Support Worker in Milton Keynes to join the Lifelong Learning team. You will support adults with learning disabilities and/or autism to discover talents, gain independence, and feel supported in daily life.
You’ll help individuals learn new skills, participate in activities, and provide personal care with respect and dignity, promoting choice and independence in a person-centred manner.

As a Support Worker, your support genuinely changes lives. No Prior Experience Needed: We welcome applicants from all backgrounds! Transferable skills (from retail, hospitality, customer service, or care) are highly valued. Full training provided.
Driving Licence: A valid UK manual driving licence is essential to transport individuals between sites and community activities.
Commitment to Quality: Willingness to complete of your Personal Development Portfolio (PDP) during the 6-month probation period.
