Job summary

Active Care Group is seeking a Live-In Support Worker in Wales to provide dedicated, one-to-one in-home care. You will live with the client, assisting with personal care, mobility, household tasks and social activities to promote independence and confidence.

The role operates on a flexible zero-hour pattern with regular rolling rotas for stability, including potential long-term placement with the same client and a Nest pension scheme.
