Steven Eagell Group is hiring a Weekend Showroom Host toJoin our Tunbridge Wells showroom. You will be the first contact for customers, greeting them, answering inquiries, and upholding our high standards of service.

The role is part-time, primarily Saturdays and Sundays, with a focus on presenting a professional image and delivering a superb customer experience. Ideal candidates will have GCSE English and Maths, strong communication skills, and a friendly, proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer-facing communication and a friendly manner.
• Able to work in a fast-paced showroom environment.
• Comfortable using IT systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Welcome showroom visitors and handle inquiries, ensuring a warm first impression.
• Support customers with information and guide them to the right products and services.
• Help deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience in line with Steven Eagell standards.
