Job summary

Steven Eagell Group is seeking a Weekend Showroom Host to be the first point of contact for customers in our showroom. You will warmly welcome visitors, answer inquiries, and uphold an outstanding standard of customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires professional presentation, IT-literate ability, and a passion for delivering excellent service while supporting the team on weekends. This is a permanent part-time position with attractive benefits and career development

Salary: £12.21 per hour

Contract: Permanent - Part Time (Saturday and Sunday)

Your Responsibilities as a Weekend Showroom Host:

As a Showroom Host, you are a central member of the team and a first point of contact for our customers.

Your role is to provide a seamless service in a fast-paced environment. Professional and friendly, you will be responsible for welcoming customers to the showroom, helping them with their inquiries and setting the benchmark for the customer experience they expect.

Immaculately presented in business attire, with a passion for delivering great customer service, you will present the best image for the Steven Eagell Group.

You will have a proven track record in the delivery of great customer service and experience in a fast-paced environment.

Experience & Requirements

• Good general education (GCSE English & Maths preferred)
• Some customer service or similar experience is beneficial
• Full, clean UK driving licence
