Weekend Showroom Host - Yeomans Honda Guildford

Yeomans Honda Guildford is seeking a Weekend Showroom Host to join their team at the Honda dealership. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and upbeat, with experience in a similar role preferred but not essential.

You will play a vital role in supporting our sales and service departments, gaining broad knowledge of Honda products to assist customers while ensuring excellent customer service.

General Duties

• Answering calls, greeting visitors, directing them to the appropriate department, and offering refreshments.
• Assisting with general product queries.
• Maintaining the customer waiting area, including providing refreshments.

Sales Support

• Supporting showroom activities during bank holidays.
• Ensuring showroom display vehicles have relevant, up-to-date information.
• Maintaining used car displays and taking photographs of used cars.
• Assisting with test drives as needed.

Service Support

• Following up on service appointments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintaining customer contact details in the database.
