Job summary

B&Q Limited in Bamber Bridge is seeking a Shift Lead for weekends to help run the store safely and efficiently, guiding colleagues and ensuring excellent customer service. This role is part-time with 18.75 hours per week and a permanent contract, offering a competitive pro-rated salary and employee benefits.

The role also acts as a keyholder, with shifts from early 7am starts to late 10pm finishes, supporting store operations and customer satisfaction on weekends.
