Job summary

Village Hotels is seeking a friendly Room Attendant to ensure guest bedrooms, bathrooms and corridors meet our high cleanliness standards and presentation. You’ll work as part of a busy housekeeping team, taking pride in your efficiency and attention to detail to deliver a WOW guest experience.

You’ll be supported with training, a positive team culture, and benefits that include gym access, hotel stays at a discounted rate, and staff discounts across food, drink and retail.

Qualifications

• Previous experience is great, but attitude and energy matter more to us.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and servicing guest bedrooms, bathrooms, and corridors to high hygiene and presentation standards.
• Replenishing guest amenities, linen, and supplies while responding to guest requests.
• Keeping your housekeeping trolley clean, organized, and stocked.
• Reporting any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the leadership team.
• Following health, safety, hygiene, and COSHH procedures.
