Job summary

Village is seeking a Room Attendant to deliver outstanding guest experiences by cleaning and presenting bedrooms, bathrooms and corridors to the highest standards. This hands-on role sits in our housekeeping team, where pride, attention to detail and efficiency drive guest satisfaction.

Previous experience helps, but attitude matters more. If you are friendly, energetic, enjoy working with people and thriving in a busy team, we will provide training and opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience welcome but attitude and energy matter more.

Responsibilities

• Create the wow factor by cleaning and servicing guest bedrooms, bathrooms, and corridors to high hygiene and presentation standards.
• Replenish guest amenities, linen, and supplies and respond promptly to guest requests.
• Keep the housekeeping trolley clean, organised, and well-stocked for smooth shifts.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the leadership team.
• Follow health, safety, hygiene, and COSHH procedures when using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
