Job summary

Colby River Group in the UK real estate sector is hiring a Weekend Resident Services Associate to join the on-site Resident Services Team. The role centers on delivering an exceptional resident experience across our developments, acting as a first point of contact for residents and their guests, and ensuring high standards of service, safety and compliance.

Working pattern is 18 hours per week: Saturday 1:00pm–7:00pm, Sunday 7:00am–1:00pm and Monday 1:00pm–7:00pm, weekend-only with the

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in property or hospitality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Comfortable working weekends and flexible shift patterns.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standard of customer service to residents and guests.
• Be first point of contact for resident enquiries and resolve or escalate as needed.
• Coordinate bookings and present resident amenity spaces.
• Assist with leasing support and tenancy moves.
• Support health, safety and building compliance.
