Job summary

Hawksmoor is seeking a Part-time Reservationist in London for weekends, helping to welcome guests, manage reservations and seating, and support the floor team to keep service welcoming and smooth.

You’ll handle cloakroom duties, manage guest enquiries, and work with managers and kitchen to ensure a warm hospitality standard from the first hello. Training is provided and prior hospitality experience is helpful but not essential.

Qualifications

• Warm, friendly demeanor essential.
• Experience with reservations or guest flow is a plus.
• Full training provided; hospitality background helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly on arrival and confirm bookings.
• Manage reservations, walk-ins and waiting lists during service.
• Seat guests and balance restaurant flow to support smooth service.
• Oversee cloakroom and guest arrivals during peak periods.
• Communicate clearly with managers, floor teams and kitchen.
• Assist with setting and resetting tables and supporting service as needed.
• Handle guest enquiries in person, by phone and email with care.
