Job summary

Hawksmoor St Pancras is seeking a Reservationist to welcome guests, manage reservations and waiting lists, coordinate seating and cloakroom, and support the floor team to keep service running smoothly.

You will be a key part of delivering warm, generous hospitality from the very first hello, with clear communication to managers and kitchen teams and a focus on guest experience in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or customer-facing experience helpful but not essential.
• Full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly on arrival and on arrival.
• Manage reservations, walk-ins and waiting lists during service.
• Seat guests and manage the flow of the restaurant to support smooth service.
• Oversee cloakroom and guest arrivals during busy periods.
• Communicate clearly with managers, floor teams and the kitchen.
• Support the floor team by helping set and reset tables and assist service when needed.
• Handle guest enquiries in person, by phone and email with care and professionalism.
