Quantum Care is recruiting a Weekend Receptionist for the Tye Green Lodge in Harlow. This part‑time role covers Saturdays and Sundays, 10am–2pm, with alternative weekends. Duties include front‑of‑house reception, telephone support, handling deliveries and post, and supporting the Home Manager.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Receptionist preferred.
• Excellent Customer Service Skills.
• Ability to lone work.
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication.
• Confident in communicating face to face, via phone and email.

Responsibilities

• Reception & telephone support — front of house for staff, visitors, callers.
• Managing deliveries — ensure items reach correct recipient, not left unattended.
• Processing invoices — authorisation paperwork to Home Manager.
• Maintaining reception areas — keep foyer clean and welcoming.
• Organising post room — keep post room and stationery tidy.
• Handling outgoing mail — prepare daily mail for collection.
• Monitoring stationery supplies — order stock as required.
• Support the Home Manager — undertake additional duties as needed.
• Computer literacy is essential.
