Job summary

GLF Schools is seeking a reliable Premises Assistant to manage weekend lettings for Aureus School's facilities and provide a reception service for third party users. You will carry out minor repairs, monitor health and safety, and report defects promptly.

The role is part-time (13 hours/week) with shifts Saturdays and Sundays, 9am–4pm, term time only (39 weeks). ASAPA you'll join a supportive team within GLF Schools, with flexible working options.

Qualifications

• Flexible, reliable and friendly premises support.
• Ability to carry out minor repairs and basic maintenance.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide lettings reception service to third party users.
• Unlock site and facilities for weekend use.
• Report defects or hazards in premises and equipment.
• Carry out basic maintenance and DIY tasks as needed.
• Ensure high standards of customer care during weekend lettings.
