Gressingham Foods is seeking a Weekend Farm Worker to support the day-to-day running of the farm, focusing on duck welfare and biosecurity. The role involves weekend shifts with 10 hours per week, delivering essential on-site tasks from 6am to 11am on Saturdays and Sundays.

The successful candidate will work under the Farm Manager, ensuring accurate record keeping and adherence to safety standards, with transport being essential due to the remote location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve high welfare standards for ducks on site.
• Assist with achieving target growth and efficiency in operations.
• Adhere to high health and safety standards on the farm.
• Collaborate with Farm Manager to keep accurate records.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the site manager.
• Support health and welfare of ducks and biosecurity measures.
• Perform any other poultry farming tasks as required.
