Job summary

Passmores Academy is seeking a Weekend Lettings Assistant to join our Lettings Team. The role involves coordinating Saturday and Sunday lettings, acting as contact for hirers, and ensuring spaces are prepared and safe for students, staff and the community.

The ideal candidate will be friendly, proactive and able to work independently. Some health and safety knowledge and customer-facing or premises-related experience would be advantageous.

Weekend Lettings Assistant Required

Passmores Academy are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and reliable Lettings Assistant to join our friendly Lettings Team.

This role involves coordinating weekend lettings, acting as a point of contact for hirers, ensuring spaces are set up appropriately whilst maintaining and providing a safe clean environment for students, staff and the community.

The ideal candidate will be friendly, proactive, and able to work independently. Some basic knowledge of health and safety and experience in a customer-facing or premises-related role would be an advantage.

15 hours per week / 52.14 weeks per year (Saturday and Sunday)

10 days annual leave per annum

Salary: Scale 3 point 5 - £10,667.02 pro rata per annum

Working hours will be: 8:00am-4:00pm, with flexibility required to cover alternative shifts when needed.
