Job summary

Bay CE School is seeking 2 Lettings Assistants to support evening and weekend lettings at the Bay CE School Secondary site. You will open/lock facilities, tidy spaces, and assist with a new catering unit, while ensuring areas are ready and safe for users. A calm, confident communicator able to engage with stakeholders is essential.

The role is 5–15 hours per week on a 52-week contract (approx. evenings 5-10pm, weekends 9am-10pm on a rota). Closing date 18 September 2026. Interviews after that.

• Availability for evenings and weekend shifts.
• Good at keeping facilities tidy and safe.

Working hours:
Hours between Monday - Friday 5.00pm - 10.00pm
Saturday and Sunday on a rota basis hours between 9.00am - 10.00pm

The Bay CE School Secondary site has amazing sporting facilities that is shared with the community.

We are looking for 2 Lettings Assistants to support our facility lettings in the evenings and at weekends.
The role includes opening and locking the facility, Litter picking, tidying, making sure the facilities are always ready and assisting in the new catering unit.

You must be calm, confident, happy and able to communicate effectively with our stakeholders.

Closing date: Friday 18 September 2026 at 12 noon
Interviews: wk/com 21 September 2026
