The Brooksbank School is seeking a proactive Deputy Lettings Manager to oversee the school lettings programme and maximise facility use, including the 3G pitch. The role supports income generation and community engagement while ensuring a safe, welcoming environment.
You will work closely with the Estates & Facilities Manager and Lettings Manager, coordinating bookings, events and staff, with duties spanning evenings and Sundays as required.
Salary: BandC (NJC 4-6) Actual Salary: £18,633 - £19,228.
Contract: Permanent,All Year Round.
Hours: 26.5 hours per week – annualised hoursover evenings and weekends to fit in with the school and lettings opening timesas below:
Mon/Tue/Wed4.30pm -9.30pm
Fri 4.30pm - 8.30pm
Variable hourson a Sunday:

You will play a key role in delivering excellent customerservice and supporting initiatives that increase community use of the school'sfacilities.
