Job summary

Exclusive Collection, Pennyhill Park, is seeking a Hospitality Assistant to create exceptional guest experiences across departments. You will welcome guests, support service delivery and aid colleagues, helping deliver the warm, professional service the property is known for.

We offer a part-time, flexible hours pattern on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, with benefits including meals on duty, gym access, parking, wellbeing support and staff discounts.

As a Hospitality Assistant, you will help ensure every guest receives an exceptional experience. Our Hospitality Assistant will:

You’ll be a positive, enthusiastic and guest-focused individual who enjoys creating memorable experiences and exceeding expectations. As a Hospitality Assistant you’ll bring:

• A passion for hospitality and customer service
• The ability to work well within a team and in a fast-paced environment
• A flexible attitude and willingness to learn new skills
• Previous hospitality or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential
