Job summary

Pennyhill Park in Bagshot, Surrey, part of the Exclusive Collection, is seeking a Kitchen Porter to support the kitchen team in a fast-paced, high-standards environment.

You will help with cleaning, dishwashing and basic food prep, and you’ll enjoy benefits including free meals on duty, gym access and staff discounts within Exclusive Collection.

Qualifications

• Reliable, hardworking and able to work as part of a team.
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Physically able to perform manual and repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support the kitchen team with cleaning, washing up and general kitchen duties.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness across kitchen areas, equipment and storage spaces.
• Assist with pot wash, dishwashing and safe handling of kitchen equipment.
• Support basic food preparation tasks when required.
• Ensure waste is disposed of correctly and recycling procedures are followed.
• Follow all food hygiene, health & safety and COSHH procedures.
• Work collaboratively with chefs during busy service periods.
