Pennyhill Park in Bagshot, Surrey, part of the Exclusive Collection, is seeking a Spa Guest Services Assistant to deliver warm, attentive hospitality and support the smooth running of our award-winning Spa.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service, reception, hospitality or spa environment is desirable.
• Able to respond to guest enquiries in person, by telephone and via email.
• Good communication and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Welcome spa guests and provide a warm, professional arrival experience
• Manage spa guest arrivals and departures and spa bookings efficiently
• Respond to guest enquiries in person, by telephone and via email
• Provide information about spa facilities, treatments and hotel services
• Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the Spa Reception area
• Work closely with Spa Therapists and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally
• Maintain accurate guest records and ensure all administrative tasks are completed to a high standard

Spa Guest Services Assistant, delivering warm, attentive hospitality while supporting the smooth running of our award-winning Spa. You will be the first point of contact for many of our guests, helping to create a welcoming and memorable experience from arrival through to departure, while ensuring the highest standards of service are maintained throughout the guest journey.,
