Job summary

Norse Group LTD in Norwich is seeking a reliable Casual Customer Contact Advisor to join our team during busy periods and to cover staff absences. You will handle customer enquiries, update records, and support the day-to-day operation of the Contact Centre.

This role offers flexible hours, weekend and bank holiday work, and the opportunity to gain experience across our nationwide residential and commercial client base. Basic IT skills and a professional, helpful manner are essential.

Qualifications

• Basic IT skills and confidence using a computer.
• Good written communication and data entry accuracy.
• Methodical, organised approach with strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn new systems and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Be available to work on a casual, ad hoc basis to support busy periods and cover staff shortages, particularly at weekends and on Bank Holidays.
• Accurately enter customer enquiry details onto our bespoke database and update records as required.
• Record and maintain information in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Follow instructions and ensure all work is completed accurately and within the required timescales.
• Carry out general administrative duties to support the day-to-day operation of the Customer Contact Centre.
• Maintain a professional and helpful approach when dealing with colleagues and customers, where required.
