Job summary

ACS Staffing Solutions in Northampton (NN5) is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Advisor to join a busy logistics team. Weekend work with a pay rate of £12.71 per hour and a Saturday/Sunday 8am-5pm schedule. Temporary ongoing with ASAP start for someone friendly and eager to help customers.

You will handle delivery inquiries, track orders, and coordinate with drivers to ensure a positive service experience. Prior CS experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer service calls about deliveries and order updates.

• Provide excellent service by keeping customers informed and reassured.
• Coordinate with drivers and internal teams to arrange deliveries.
• Book convenient delivery dates and times for customers.
• Respond to customer emails professionally and maintain accurate records.
