You will handle enquiries, complete outbound CSI calls, record and escalate complaints promptly, and provide administrative support across departments on a rota basis.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls on a rotating rota.
• Accurately monitor and record call activity via Host Module.
• Maintain high standards of customer service in all interactions.
• Conduct outbound CSI calls and escalate complaints promptly.
• Provide administrative support across departments as needed.
