Mount Charles Group in Belfast is recruiting a Chef for NI Hospice. You will prepare and cook meals to exceptional standards, ensuring HACCP regulations are strictly followed, and support a busy hospitality team in a contract catering environment.

The role requires experience in fast-paced catering, supervisory capability, and strong communication and organisational skills. Training, health and safety compliance, and a commitment to quality service are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in fast-paced catering/hospitality environments.
• Demonstrable HACCP knowledge and hygiene practices.
• Contract catering/ supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team or individually.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and cook food to high standard with HACCP compliance.
• Complete bookwork procedures per company requirements.
• Induct, train and appraise staff per procedures.
• Ensure Health, Safety and Hygiene policies are followed.
• Follow COSHH procedures when using chemicals.
