Job summary

B&Q Stevenston is recruiting a part-time Customer Advisor for our Checkouts team. You’ll become an expert advisor, welcoming customers, handling tills, and supporting click & collect while keeping displays tidy and inviting.

You’ll receive training across areas and thrive on helping others, with a rota that includes Saturdays and Sundays, some evenings and bank holidays. If you’re friendly, quick to learn and team-focused, this is for you.

Qualifications

• Happy to help, eager to learn and just a little bit obsessed with home improvement.
• Friendly and outgoing, with a buzz from helping others.
• Team player, flexible to work on a rota including weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver great customer service on the tills as a primary objective.
• Drive sales, including click & collect and displays setup.
• Ensure store looks appealing and well merchandised.
