B&Q Thetford is hiring a Customer Advisor for Checkouts on a permanent part-time basis. You will work 18.75 hours weekly across a shift pattern from 7.00am to 10.00pm, Monday through Sunday, at our store in Thetford.

The role emphasizes great customer service, cash handling, and helping customers with click & collect and displays. We value friendly, flexible team players who can work on a rota that includes weekends and bank holidays, and who are keen to learn new technologies and processes

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to learn new processes and operate a till.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers at checkouts and in-store services, including click & collect.
• Maintain a clean and inviting checkout area and assist with display setup.
• Handle payments accurately and provide friendly service to every customer.
