B&Q Arbroath is looking for a Customer Advisor for checkouts on a part-time basis (15 hours per week) under a 3‑month fixed‑term contract. Shifts run Monday to Sunday, 7.00am–10.00pm, with a UK notional hourly rate of £13.10.

As an expert advisor you’ll guide customers, help with click & collect, set up displays and keep the store looking inviting. The role focuses on great till service, with training across areas as needed. We encourage friendly, flexible team players.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at the checkouts.
• Assist with click & collect and setting up displays.
• Ensure tills operate smoothly and customers have a positive experience.
