Job summary

B&Q Whitstable is seeking a part-time Checkouts Customer Advisor for a 3-month fixed-term contract. You will be the friendly face at the tills, helping customers with their home improvement needs, including click & collect and display setup. Flexible rota across evenings and weekends is required.

You’ll receive training across areas, with customer service at the core of your role as part of a welcoming team in-store.

Qualifications

• Friendly and outgoing, eager to learn and help others.
• Willing to work on a rota including weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
• Able to use new technology and learn new ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service at the checkouts and assist customers.
• Support click & collect, merchandising displays and store presentation.
