Qualifications

• Experience of catering within a commercial or care setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist weekend unit chef to keep menus balanced and nutritious.
• Follow dietary and care plan guidelines provided by health professionals.
• Maintain high hygiene standards in storage, prep and cooking.
• Use catering equipment safely and report equipment issues promptly.
• Maintain COSHH-compliant storage and handling of cleaning items.
• Contribute to other food-related functions as required.
