Job summary

Enham Trust is recruiting a part-time Support Worker for the Care at Home Service in Andover. The role focuses on person-centred care, promoting independence and dignity for residents while working closely with the team.

The successful candidate will work two 7.5-hour shifts each Saturday and Sunday (7:00–22:30) at Enham Trust, earning £13.06 per hour. A DBS check (or Update Service) is required, and Care Certificates support is available.

Qualifications

• You’ll need strong communication skills and basic literacy/numeracy.
• Compassionate and patient approach is essential.
• Experience in a caring environment (e.g. hospitality, education or similar) is preferred.
• Pass an Enhanced DBS check or be registered with the Update Service.
