Affinity Trust is seeking a Male Weekend Support Worker in March, Cambridgeshire. The role is part-time, 15 hours every other Sunday, with a long day and a sleep-in. Rate is £13.45 per hour (the real living wage) and you will receive full training plus NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care.

Applicants must have a full UK driving licence and experience in health & social care. Sponsorship is not available; join a caring team dedicated to empowering individuals to live their best lives.

Qualifications

• Experience in health and social care is essential.
• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care required or expected.
• Full UK driving licence is required.

Responsabilités

• Support a gentleman in his own home in March.
• Assist with outings and everyday activities including visits to Costa.
• Manage challenging behaviours and health care needs with patience.
• Provide a long Sunday shift with a sleep-in.
