Enfield Carers Centre are recruiting experienced, caring, and passionate Care Support Workers (CSWs) to join our dedicated team to cover the peak times, during the week and the weekends. We pride ourselves on delivering outstanding care to our clients so are looking for people who want to make a real difference by supporting clients to live a safe and independent life.

Hours include 7am starts and 6pm–9pm evenings, with weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Experienced Care Support Worker.
• Able to provide person-centred care and support to maintain independence.

Responsibilities

• Visit and support clients in their homes during evenings and weekends.
• Provide and maintain a person-centred care service, promoting independence and providing emotional support.
• Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing and continence support.
