Job summary

Langley Trust in Taunton is seeking a compassionate Night Support Worker to join a dedicated team on a permanent, full-time basis. You will work 37.5 hours per week across 3 x 12.5 hour shifts, including weekends, and provide keywork support with accurate records and care planning.

The role includes personal care, risk management, and engagement with residents and health professionals. A competitive salary (£25,592 p.a. + £3,838 market premium) and a robust benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS check with adult barred list required.
• Right to work in the UK confirmed.
• Willingness to complete training as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide keywork support and maintain client records.
• Follow medication procedures and support a safe, well-run service.
• Provide personal care per care plans (hygiene, mobility, continence, dressing).
• Assess and manage risk, de-escalate when needed, participate in team meetings.
