Gloucester Charities Trust is recruiting a Weekend Care & Support Assistant for Guild House, a CQC-regulated residential home for older people. The role offers 24 hours on alternate weekends, with shifts of 2 long days and potential extra hours. The pay starts at £14.80 per hour and increases to £15.10 after medication training.

You will provide compassionate personal care, support daily living, and promote dignity and independence. We value reliability, flexibility and good communication.

Are you a caring, reliable, and compassionate individual looking to make a real difference to the lives of older people?

We are seeking a dedicated Weekend Care & Support Assistant to join our friendly team in our well-established residential care home for older people, Guild House. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting older adults to live with dignity, independence, and wellbeing in a warm and person-centred environment. The shifts are 2 x long days every other weekend and additional hours many be available to cover annual leave and sickness.

About the Role

As a Care & Support Assistant, you will:
