Job summary

Brayleys Cars Limited is seeking a Customer-focused Service Advisor for its Suzuki dealership in Milton Keynes. You will guide customers through their service experience, handling face-to-face, phone and email queries and converting them into workshop bookings.

• Drive sales of added-value products such as maintenance plans.
• Manage vehicle handover after repair ensuring compliance with processes.
