Job summary

BM Caterers in London is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our team. You will deliver the highest standards of production, manage day-to-day kitchen operations and support the head chef in menu execution, costing and stock control.

Two years in a similar operation and qualifications such as C&G 1/2 or NVQ are expected. You will work with a passionate team, communicate effectively, and contribute to a culture focused on customer satisfaction and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in a similar sized operation.
• Sound understanding of costing, stock control and kitchen budgeting.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the highest standards of production in the kitchen.
• Support the head chef with menu execution and stock monitoring.
• Inspire and supervise the team to ensure customer satisfaction.
