Job summary

BM Caterers is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie for a weekend role, working Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 to 15:00 (15 hours per week). You will craft menus, manage production quality, and mentor the team to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction.

Two years’ experience in a comparable operation and education to C&G 1 & 2, NVQ or equivalent are required, with a strong focus on costed menus and stock control.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a similar sized operation.
• Educated to C&G 1 & 2, NVQ or equivalent.
• Weekend Chef role with Saturday and Sunday 7:00-15:00 (15 hours per week).
