Job summary

BM Caterers is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our Sunday team, working 5pm to 2am with immediate start. You will deliver high-standard cold and hot production, manage prep and quality, and support a positive kitchen culture.

You should have at least two years in a similar sized operation, with C&G 1&2 or NVQ or equivalent. We offer masterclasses, funded development, generous leave, and a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in a similar sized operation.
• Educated to C&G 1&2, NVQ or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high-standard dishes for Sunday service (5PM–2AM).
• Assist with menu planning, portioning, and portion control.
• Maintain stock levels and minimising waste.
• Inspire and lead the kitchen team to deliver exceptional service.
